The Man
John Jones spent 20 years at JPMorganChase rising from systems engineer to Vice President, not by waiting for opportunity, but by building things that worked and developing the people around him.
He was the Chief of Staff for the Houston Market Leadership Team. He co-chaired BOLD Texas, leading over 76 volunteers and serving a community of 4,647 employees, growing engagement by 18% during one of the firm's most turbulent periods. His peers didn't call him a manager. They called him the Mayor.
The Mission
Plinth Legacy exists to give people, teams, and organizations the culture, structure, and foundation they need to build something that outlasts any one moment and any one person. The work is people development. The goal is permanence. Every engagement, every program, and every conversation is designed with one question in mind: what are we building that will still be standing when we are gone?

A plinth is the base. The structural foundation on which everything above it stands.
Like Galileo laying the groundwork for Newton to change the world, John doesn't want to be the artwork that changes the world.
